Purpose: Transoral laser C02 surgery (TLS) has become an important tool in the treatment of laryngeal cancer and has become the standard approach in many institutions. This study aimed to review the experience in a single center institution (Vietnam ENT National Hospital) with TLS for early laryngeal cancer. Material and methods: We study clinical trial one group uncompared a total of 30 patients (mean age 60) who underwent TLS from 42 to 73 in regard to the local recurrences, survival outcome and surgical complications.
