Introduction and Objective: Ureteral stone are the most urolithiasis. Recently, many miniinvasive procedures were develope for treatment of this disease. Obiectives: to evaluate the outcomes of ureteroscopic holmium-laser lithotripsy for ureteric calculi in Urology Departement of Saint Paul hospital. Patients and Methods: the prospective cross-sectional study was performed on 92 patients with ureteral stone, from 1/2012 to 1/ 2013, at Department of Urology, Saint Paul Hospital. Results: a total of 92 patients were treated for ureteral stone including 53 male (57.6 percent) and 39 female patients (42.4 percent). The stone sides were the right, left side accounting for 48.9 percent (45/92) and 51.1 percent (47/92) respectively. The mean of hospital staying period was 3.27 + or - 0.5 days. The good and moderate results were 88.46 percent and 7.7 percent and 3.84 percent respectively. No critical complications were seen in the study. Conclusions: ureteroscopic holmium-laser lithotripsy is safe and effective procedure.
