Đánh giá kết quả điều tra rò xoang lê tại bệnh viện Trung ương Huế

Between January, 2007 and March, 2011, 28 patients with pyriform sinus fistula were seen in ENT department of Hue Central Hospital. There were 22 female (78.6 percent) and 6 (male (21.4 percent). The mean age of patients was 13.25 + or - 14.62 years. Abscess on left side of neck: 60.7 percent. The position of 1/3 inferior sternocleidomastoid muscle occupy 67.9 percent. The orifice of piriform sinus fistula on lateral wall are majority through direct endoscopy. Recurrence of pyriform sinus fistula after operations has been 0 percent so far.
