Purpose: To evaluate the results of treatment fracture humerus closed body with the splint bone screw. Draw some comments about the advantages and disadvantages of the method. Results: Complentament regulation for bone frature surgery in place (including the case of complex fracture). Bone healing wound was 94.4 percent (very good 82 percent, good 15.4 percent, low 2.6 percent). Early surgical wound was 94.9 percent. Wound infection was 20.5 percent. No injury nerve after surgery. No osteoarthitis. To mobilze the shuolder joint and elbow joint after surgery possible. There is a joint author patients 2.6 percent. Conclusions: the method of operation associated with arm splint bone screws provides good results and can be widely applied in medical facilities.
