Objective: Evaluate effectiveness by injection hemostasis of bleeding peptic ulcer endoscopy. Bleeding under Forrest 1B highest proportion 47.73 percent, 21.82 percent Forrest 1A, 2A Forrest proportion 12.73 percent. 100 percent in the hemostasis of bleeding ulcers Instant, 4.09 percent had recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding after 24 hours; 1/10.000 Adrenalin amount of medicine to a patient using average 9.22 + or - 1.6 ml. Conclution: Adrenalin 1/10.000 injection method is effective to stop bleeding in the treatment of bleeding peptic ulcers-duodenal.
