Ở Việt Nam, số lượng ca phẫu thuật thẫm mỹ ngày càng tăng vì vậy các bác sĩ cần nghiên cứu để tìm ra phương pháp phẫu thuật tốt nhất cho bệnh nhân. Hiện nay, phương pháp nâng ngực hai mặt phẳng Dual Plane là phương pháp được đánh giá cao và được sử dung rất phổ biến. Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả lâu dài của phẫu thuật nâng ngực sử dụng kỹ thuật Dual Plane tại Bệnh viện Bưu Điện. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Theo dõi 70 người bệnh được phẫu thuật nâng ngực bằng kỹ thuật Dual Plane tại Bệnh viện Bưu Điện từ 11/2019 đến 06/2021. Thời gian theo dõi ít nhất 1 năm. Kết quả: Chỉ 1,4% (1 trường hợp) có biến chứng di lệch túi ngực ra ngoài. 94,3% sẹo là sẹo chưa trưởng thành. 100% bệnh nhân hài lòng với cuộc phẫu thuật. Không có trường hợp nào phải can thiệp lại sau mổ. Kết luận: Phương pháp nâng ngực Dual Plane được tiến hành tại Bệnh viện Bưu Điện cho kết quả lâu dài tích cực.
In Vietnam, the number of breast augmentation surgeries is increasing, so doctors need to research to find the best surgical method for patients. Currently, the Dual Plane breast augmentation method is a highly appreciated and widely used method. Purpose: Evaluate the long-term results of breast augmentation surgery using the Dual Plane technique at Hospital of Post and Telecommunications. Methods: Monitoring 70 patients undergoing breast augmentation surgery using Dual Plane technique at Hospital of Post and Telecommunications from November 2019 to June 2021. Follow-up period is at least 1 year. Results: Only 1.4% (1 case) had complications of breast implant displacement. 94.3% of scars were immature scars. 100% of patients were satisfied with the surgery. There was no case requiring re-intervention after surgery. Conclusion: Dual Plane breast augmentation method performed at Post Office Hospital gives positive long-term results.
