Khảo sát mức độ rối loạn lo âu, trầm cảm, căng thẳng của người bệnh mắc Covid -19 điều trị tại bệnh viện Đại học Kỹ thuật Y tế Hải Dương. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 270 người bệnh mắc Covid-19 được điều trị tại Bệnh viện Đại học kỹ thuật y tế Hải Dương từ 02/2021 đến 05/2021. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người bệnh mắc Covid-19 điều trị tại bệnh viện Đại học Kỹ thuật Y tế Hải Dương có biểu hiện stress, lo âu và trầm cảm của người bệnh tại thời điểm vào viện lần lượt là 50,4%, 52,6%, 42,6% và bệnh tại thời điểm ra viện lần lượt là 23,7%, 49,3%, 30,7%. Kết luận: Chất lượng sức khỏe tâm thần của người bệnh sau điều trị tại bệnh viện Đại học Kỹ thuật Y tế Hải Dương được cải thiện.
To investigate the level of anxiety, depression and stress disorders of patients with Covid-19 treated at the field hospital of Hai Duong University of Medical Technology. Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional study on 270 Covid-19 patients were treated at the field Haiduong Medical Technology Hospital from 02/2021 to 05/2021. Results: The proportion of patients with Covid-19 treated at the field Haiduong Medical Technology Hospital of stress, anxiety and depression at the time of admission was 50.4%, 52.6%, 42.6% respectivel and the disease at the time of discharge was 23.7%, 49.3%, 30.7%, respectively. Conclusion: The quality of mental health of patients after treatment at the field hospital of Hai Duong University of Medical Technology is improved.
