Hiệu quả cải thiện đau thắt lưng của chương trình KAP trên công nhân nhà máy gang thép Thái Nguyên

This study was caffied out on 220 workers with a low back pain at Thai Nguyen Steel Company to evaluate an ameliorative effect of a KAP program on preventing the low back pain for those workers. The results showed that after two years using the KAP program, the rate of workers having good lumbar movemftnts was 94.5 percent (comparied with 3.6 percent before). After intervening by the KAP program, there was 82.7 percent of workers having no low back pain (compared with 0 percent before), no worker had a severe low back pain (compared with 5.5 percent before). The KAP program was effect on recovering stretching of lumbar with the rate of workers having good stretching of lumbar is 91.8 percent, and no bad recovery case.
