Hiệu quả và tính an toàn của Etanercept (Enbrel) sau 12 tuần điều trị bệnh nhân viêm khớp dạng thấp

This study was carried to determine the Etanercpt (Enbrel) efficacy and safely in rheumatoid arthritis after 12 weeks treated. The results show that there have improvement of both clinical and disease activity such as VAS (from 8.7 to 2.0), DAS28-CRP (from 5.7 to 1.6) others inflammation indeck (ESR, CRP). No side effect of drug was recognized. In conclusion, Etanercept (Enbrel) efficalcy in rheumatoid arthritis treatment.
