Hoại tử Fournier (HTF) là tình trạng viêm cân mạc hoại tử vùng tầng sinh môn và cơ quan sinh dục ngoài, là một cấp cứu ngoại niệu và đặc biệt hiếm gặp ở trẻ em. Hoại tử Fournier cần chẩn đoán chính xác, điều trị kháng sinh phổ rộng sớm và ngoại khoa cắt lọc kịp thời. Ca lâm sàng: Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi báo cáo hai trường hợp HTF khác nhau. Trường hợp đầu tiên là một bé trai 10 tháng tuổi, sức khỏe bình thường, đã được điều trị thành công với kết quả tốt. Trường hợp thứ hai là một bé trai 12 tuổi mắc sốt xuất huyết và bị hoại tử bìu lan rộng, đã hồi phục tốt nhưng trải qua một giai đoạn hậu phẫu khó khăn. Kết luận: Cả hai trường hợp đều được chẩn đoán và điều trị sớm.
Fournier’s gangrene (FG) is necrotizing fasciitis of the perineum and external genitalia. It is a rare surgical urology emergency, relatively uncommon in children. FG requires a prompt diagnosis, early broad-spectrum antibiotic coverage, and aggressive surgical debridement. Case report: In this study, we report 2 different cases of FG. Our first case was a 10-month-old boy, systemically healthy, who was managed successfully with a good outcome. The second case was a 12 year - old boy with dengue fever, and extensive gangrene at presentation, who recovered well but with a rough postoperative period. Conclusion: Both cases had urgent determination and confrontational treatment.
