Assessment of the result of surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysm. Patients and methods: A cross-section, retrospective study with 53 patients diagnosed and surgically treated at Viet-Duc hospital from June 2021 to June 2022. Results: The patient’s mean age was 54±12,8; male/female ratio was 1,3; headache was the most common symptom with 39 patients (seventy-three point six percent). Thirty point two percent of patients had seizures/ unconscious. Eighty-one point one percent of patients had single aneurysm and eight-teen point night of patients had multiple-aneurysms. The most common location of aneurysms was ICA (thirty-seven point five percent) and then MCA and ACoA. Sixty-four point two percent of patients had rupture aneurysms. Surgical treatments included direct clip, wrap, and extracranial–intracranial bypass surgery combined clip. Post-operative results, seventyfive point five percent of patients hadn’t residual aneurysm. Complications were infection, bleeding, infarction, cerebral edema, and leak CSF. 3 months post-surgery, good result (mRS 0 and 1) was seventy-one point seven percent.
