
Objectives: To evaluate the result of the ureterovesical reimplantation technique in renal transplantation at Viet-Duc Hospital. Materials and methods: describtion study 116 patients with endstage of chronic renal failure, who underwent renal transplantation from living donor at Viet-Duc Hospital from October 2008 to February 2013. Result: 82 males, 34 females, the age aranged from 12 to 63 years. The Lich-Gregoir technique with JJ catheterism was conducted on all the patiens. Mean reimplatation duration was 28.53 min (18 - 40 min); 1 patient had ureteral stenosis after removing JJ-stent (0.86). Conclusion: The Lich-Gregoir technique is easy to perform and has the low rate of urological complications (no urinary leaking and ureteral necrosis); ureteral stenosis was very low.
