Tăng sinh lành tính tuyến tiền liệt là bệnh lý thường gặp ở nam giới cao tuổi. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang nhằm đánh giá kết quả phẫu thuật nội soi cắt đốt tăng sinh lành tính tuyến tiền liệt trên 118 bệnh nhân (BN) tại khoa Ngoại tiết niệu – Bệnh viện Trung ương Thái Nguyên từ tháng 1/2018 đến tháng 6/2020. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tuổi trung bình là 72,96 ± 9,22 (48 - 96 tuổi), điểm IPSS trung bình trước phẫu thuật là 25,32 ± 3,91 (8 - 35 điểm), điểm QoL trung bình trước phẫu thuật là 4,87 ± 0,84 (3 - 6 điểm). Trọng lượng tuyến tiền liệt trung bình trên siêu âm là 51,63 ± 20,01g (30 - 144g). Thời gian phẫu thuật, hậu phẫu, lưu thông tiểu, truyền rửa bàng quang trung bình lần lượt là 56,78 ± 16,78 phút, 7,81 ± 2,11 ngày (4 - 17 ngày), 5,69 ± 1,33 ngày (4 - 12 ngày), 4,43 ± 0,84 ngày (3-8 ngày). Biến chứng sau mổ như bị hội chứng nội soi 1 BN (0,85%), chảy máu sau mổ 4 BN (3,4%), bí đái sau rút sonde tiểu 8 BN (6,76%), bị nhiễm khuẩn tiết niệu sau mổ 9 BN (7,63%), đái rỉ 1 BN (0,85%); xơ cứng cổ bàng quang 2 BN (1,7%). 95/118 BN (80,5%) – có kết quả phẫu thuật tốt, 20/118 BN (16,9%) – trung bình,3/118 BN (2,5%) – xấu.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a common disease in elderly men. This study uses a descriptive cross-section method to evaluate the results of laparoscopic prostatectomy benign prostatic proliferation on 118 patients at the Department of Urology - Thai Nguyen Central Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020. The study results showed that the average age was 72.96 ± 9.22 (48-96 years old), the average pre-operative IPSS score was 25.21 ± 3.96 (8-35 points), the average QoL score before surgery was 4.87 ± 0.84 (3-6 points). The verage prostate weight on ultrasound was 51.63 ± 20.01 (30-144g). The average time of surgery, postoperative, urinary circulation, bladder wash infusion was 56.78 ± 16.78 minutes, 7.81 ± 2.11 days (4-17 days), 5.69 ± 1.33 days (4-12 days), 4.43 ± 0.84 days (3-8 days) respectively. Complications after surgery included endoscopic syndrome in 1 patient (0.85%), postoperative bleeding in 4 patients (3.4%), urinary retention after urinary withdrawal in 8 patients (6.76%), infected postoperative urinary in 9 patients (7.63%), urinary tract in 1 patient (0.85%), sclerosis of the bladder in 2 patients (1.7%). 95/118 patients (80.5%) had good surgical results; followed by 20/118 patients (16.9%) getting average results, and 3/118 patients (2.5%) with bad results.
