Forty two patients had anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using Hamstring tendon graft with the button in the femoral tunnel in the No.103 Hospital from March 2009 to February 2011. The evaluation in 38 patients with the average follow up was 23 months, with the overall Lysholm of 94.8 points. 36 patients were good and excellent (94.6 percent); one patient was fair; and one patient was bad. Conclusions: The fixation of the graft in the femoral tunnel with the button in the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is stable; the patient have rehabilitation of the knee and they come back to daily life soon.
