Treatment of soft tissue defects of ankle and foot has always been a challenging problem. The studyaims to review result of reconstructive and plastic surgery soft tissue of the ankle and foot.the authors used 95 operations for covering soft tissue defect of ankle and foot 57 skin grafts, 38 pedicle flaps. The result: good 83,2 percent, moderately good 12,6 percent, bad 4,2 percent. The result after 6 months: good 81,4 percent, moderately good 18,6 percent. In conclution, the treatment of soft tissue defects of the ankle and foot can use skin graft, pedicle flaps. Pedicle flaps has most adventage.
