Objective: Investigate the inflammatory nerve in Herpes Zoster. Material and method: Cross-sectional descriptive study based on 91 patients. Results: Dermatome affected on the left accounted for 52.7 percent, on the right: 47.3 percent. One inflammatory nerve has been seen in: 51.7 percent; 2 nerves: 29.6 percent; 3 nerves: 6.6 percent; 4 nerves: 5.5 percent; 5 nerves: 4.4 percent; 6 nerves: 2.2 percent. Site of predictions: C: 28.1 percent; T: 24.6 percent, L: 21.1 percent; V: 16.9 percent; 5:7.6 percent. The most commonly injured nerves is V1 followed by 13.2 percent; V2 followed by 12.1 percent; C3 followed by 12.1 percent.
