Nghiên cứu nhằm mục tiêu: Khảo sát một số chỉ số trong đơn thuốc điều trị ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Đại học Võ Trường Toản năm 2023. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả tiến hành hồi cứu các đơn thuốc ngoại trú BHYT lưu tại kho cấp phát thuốc BHYT của khoa Dược Bệnh viện Đại học Võ Trường Toản trong năm 2023 thực hiện theo thông tư 52/2017/TT- BYT. Kết quả: Kết quả cho thấy, trong 400 đơn thuốc, 158 bệnh nhân nam (39,5%) và 242 bệnh nhân nữ (60,5%). Độ tuổi 0 – 14 tuổi chiếm 9,25%, 15 – 59 tuổi chiếm 51%, ≥60 tuổi chiếm 39,75%. Số thuốc trung bình trong một đơn là 4,1 thuốc. Tương tác thuốc có 128 đơn thuốc có tương tác thuốc (32%). Đơn có kháng sinh 76 đơn thuốc (19%). Đơn có thuốc tiêm 3 đơn thuốc (0,75%). Đơn có vitamin 129 đơn thuốc (32,25%).
The research aims to: Survey some indicators of outpatient drug prescriptions at Vo Truong Toan University Hospital in 2023. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study conducted retrospectively on health insurance outpatient prescriptions kept at the health insurance drug dispensing warehouse of the Pharmacy Department of Vo Truong Toan University Hospital in 2023 implemented according to Circular 52/2017/TT- MOH. Results: The results showed that, out of 400 prescriptions, 158 were male patients (39.5%) and 242 were female patients (60.5%). Ages 0 - 14 years old account for 9.25%, 15 - 59 years old account for 51%, ≥60 years old account for 39.75%. The average number of drugs prescribed in one prescription is 4.1 drugs. Drug interactions: 128 prescriptions had drug interactions (32%). Prescriptions contained antibiotics in 76 prescriptions (19%). There were 3 prescriptions for injectable drugs (0.75%). There were 129 vitamin prescriptions (32.25%).
