Khảo sát sự phù hợp về kết quả khám đánh giá sẹo bọng sau mổ cắt bè củng giác mạc bằng đèn khe và bằng máy Visante OCT

Purpose: to investigate the correlation in evaluating subconjunctival bleb function after trabeculectomy using slit-lamp and Visante OCT. Subject: 67 post-trabeculectomy eyes of 67 primary glaucoma subjects, treated at Glaucoma departement - VNIO from 1/2010 to 8/2010, were studied. Methods: cross sectional descriptive study. Results: 94.1 percent of type I blebs and 1 00 percent of type II blebs classified with reference to slit lamp morphology, to compare with 84.6 percent of cystic blebs and 96.6 percent of diffuse blebs classified on the basis of Visante OCT images, has IOP 21mmHg. On the contrary, 42.9 percent of type III and 33.3 percent of type IV, to compare with 25 percent offlattened blebs and 52.9 percent of encapsulated blebs has IOP 21mmHg.
