Rất nhiều công trình nghiên cứu cũng như trong điều trị lâm sàng đều sử dụng huyệt Nhĩ thần môn với nhiều tác dụng: giảm đau, giảm lo âu, cai thuốc. Hiện nay, nhiều nghiên cứu được tiến hành khảo sát tác dụng của nhĩ châm trong lâm sàng. Với mong muốn tăng bằng chứng về hiệu quả của Nhĩ châm trong điều trị, chúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu khảo sát sự thay đổi nhiệt độ bề mặt da khi nhĩ châm huyệt Nhĩ thần môn trên người khỏe mạnh. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu thực nghiệm bắt chéo trên 80 người khỏe mạnh, được chia làm 2 nhóm: nhóm can thiệp được nhĩ châm huyệt Nhĩ thần môn và nhóm chứng được giả nhĩ châm. Kết quả: Nhiệt độ da sau nhĩ châm tại huyệt Nhĩ thần môn, vùng tai và vùng chi phối bởi nhánh V3 hai bên tăng có ý nghĩa thống kê so với trước can thiệp (p<0,05). Nhiệt độ da sau giả nhĩ châm tại huyệt Nhĩ thần môn và vùng chi phối bởi nhánh V1, V2 và V3 khác biệt không có ý nghĩa thống kê so với trước can thiệp (p>0,05). Kết luận: Nhiệt độ sau khi nhĩ châm huyệt Nhĩ thần môn tại chỗ châm và vùng V3 chi phối đều tăng có ý nghĩa thống kê so với trước khi can thiệp.
Many studies and clinical treatments have used Shen men aricular points with many effects: pain relief, anxiety relief, smoking cessation, insomnia .... Nowaday, many studies have investigated the clinical effects of auricular acupuncture. With the desire to increase evidence of the effectiveness of ear acupuncture in treatment. We conducted a study on variations of skin temperature as the effect of auricular acupuncture at Shen men point in healthy volunteers. Subjects and Methods: The controlled cross-over trial study divided 80 healthy volunteers into two groups: The intervention group received auricular acupuncture and the control group received sham auricular acupuncture. Results: The skin temperature after auricular acupuncture at Shen men point, region ear and region innervated by branch V3 on both sides increased significantly compared to which before intervented (p<0.05). The skin temperature after sham auricular acupuncture at Shen men point, region innervated by branches V1, V2, and V3 was no significant compared to the before intervented (p>0.05). Conclusion: The skin temperature after auricular acupuncture at Shen men point, and the region innervated by branch V3 on both sides increased significantly compared to the before intervented.
