Introduction: Blood transfusion in perioperation in cardiac surgery is important problem at many heart center. Reasonable indication, therapy method will have a good result in treatment. Purpose-Survey of using blood product and relative factors. Method: Collect all data base in patients, who are operated with cardio-pulmonary bypass system (CPB). Result: 91 percent patient were transfused the blood product (454 unit of red cell), in group 14 pateints used 212 unit red cell, the CPB time was 165 minutes; 41.76 percent of patients were need transfused or
