Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành các quy định phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 của NB/người nhà NB điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Phổi Trung ương. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 200 NB/người nhà NB trong thời gian từ tháng 02 đến tháng 03 năm 2022. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu cho thấy NB/người nhà NB có kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành đúng trong phòng, chống Covid-19 lần lượt là 88%, 45,5% và 83,5%. Kết luận: NB/người nhà chưa thực sự hiểu ý nghĩa của các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch mà chỉ thực hiện vì những chính sách của nhà nước, địa phương đưa ra do đó tỷ lệ người có kiến thức và thực hành tốt khá cao nhưng thái độ lại chỉ chiếm tỉ lệ thấp. Do đó cần đưa ra những biện pháp để NB thực sự hiểu và tự nguyện thực hiện các quy định phòng chống đó thay vì ép buộc.
The study aimed to evaluate the knowledge, attitude and practice of Covid-19 prevention and control regulations of inpatient patients/patients' family were treating at National Lung Hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional study on 200 patients/patients' family members during the period from February to March 2022. Results: The patients/patients' family members have the correct knowledge, attitudes and practices of prevention and control regulations Covid-19 were 88%, 45,5% and 83,5% respectively. Conclusion: The patients/family members did not correctly understand the meaning of ep-idemic prevention and control measures, but only take them because of the policies of the state and local authorities, so the proportion of people with knowledge and practice well is high, but attitude is only lower. Therefore, it is necessary to put in place measures for patients/ patients' family to really understand and voluntarily implement such prevention regulations instead of forcing them.
