Subjects: 138 patients diagnosed with endometrial cancer stage I, II were treated with surgery from 8/2010 to 8/2014 at K hospital. Methods: A crosssectional retrospective method described. Results: The most frequent pathohistlogical type was Endometrioid adenocarcinoma (89.9 percent), Serous adenocarcinoma, clearcell adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma were rare comprising 2.2 percent,1.4 percent and 0.8 percent. The patients with high histological grading accounted for 52.1 percent, low grade only 19,6 percent. The extent of lymph node metastasis in stage I, II was only 21 percent. Poorly histological grading cancer, lymph node metastasis rate was 55.6 percent vs high grade metastatic rate of 6.9 percent. Endometrioid adenoarcinoma of the uterus with a very low rate of lymph node metastasis (17,7 percent) but clearcell carcinoma, smallcell carcinoma, nondifferenced carcinoma with lymph node metastasis higther(100 percent,50 percent, 100 percent), there were not differenced between ER, PR(+) and ER, PR(-) in Iymphonode metastasis with p0.05. Conclusions: Almost histopathological cancer as the endometriod adenocarcinoma of poorly grade. Lymphonode metastasis depended on stages and histophathological cancer strongly but not with ER, PR.
