Bệnh xơ cứng vật hang (XCVH) gây ra bởi sự xuất hiện của mảng xơ trong lớp vỏ trắng của vật hang dương vật. Bệnh có thể gây đau đớn và khó khăn khi quan hệ tình dục. Phẫu thuật và phương pháp điều trị vàng cho bệnh ở giai đoạn mạn tính, giúp làm thẳng dương vật, khôi phục chức năng cương dương, duy trì chiều dài và chu vi của dương vật, giúp bệnh nhân tự tin trong quan hệ tình dục xâm nhập. Lựa chọn phương pháp phẫu thuật thích hợp phải dựa vào những đặc điểm giải phẫu của dương vật. Ở đây, chúng tôi báo cáo 3 ca bệnh XCVH được đánh giá chi tiết những đặc điểm giải phẫu của dương vật, từ đó lựa chọn được phương pháp phẫu thuật thích hợp.
Peyronie disease (PD) is characterized by penile deformity caused by fibrous tissue plaques within the tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa of the penis. The condition of erectile dysfunction makes it difficult to engage in sexual activity, and erection is sometimes accompanied by excruciating discomfort. Surgery still represents the gold standard treatment for PD in the chronic phase, and it aims to guarantee a penis straight and rigid enough to allow the patient to resume penetrative sex with confidence. Choosing the appropriate surgical method must be based on the anatomical characteristics of the penis. Here, we report 3 cases of PD had the anatomical characteristics of the penis were evaluated in detail, from which the appropriate surgical method was selected.
