Mầm bệnh ký sinh trùng gây bệnh cho người trong nước thải tại một số thành phố và nông thôn miền Bắc

The study was to assess parasitic pathogens in waste water in some urban and rural areas. The examination on 900 waste water samples in 3 urban and 3 rural areas, the result showed that waste water in a both of urban and rural were infected parasitic pathogens, especially protozoa. The parasitic infection in waste water of urban and rural as helminthic infection was 16.0 percent and 25.8 percent respectively, including Nam Dinh province of 28.7 percent and 35.3 percent, Hoa Binh province of 4.7 percent and 16.7 percent, Hanoi city of 14.7 percent and 25.3 percent; protozoa infection was 26.2 percent and 38.9 percent respectively, including Nam Dinh of 40.7 percent and 54.0 percent, Hoa Binh of 22.0 percent and 36.7 percent, Hanoi of 16.0 percent and 26.0 percent. In conclusions, waste water in urban and rural areas were infected helminthic and protozoa pathogens, which infected to human.
