Nghiên cứu được thực hiện để tìm hiểu một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến công tác thu chi tài chính tại bệnh viện Giao thông vận tải Vĩnh Phúc, giai đoạn 2019-2021. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, nghiên cứu định tính bằng việc thực hiện phỏng vấn sâu và thảo luận nhóm. Kết quả và kết luận: Giai đoạn 2019 – 2021, công tác thu chi tài chính của bệnh viện chịu ảnh hưởng bởi một số yếu tố bên trong và bên ngoài, trong đó, một số yếu tố có ảnh hưởng theo chiều hướng tích cực như yếu tố chính sách pháp luật của nhà nước; chất lượng dịch vụ khám chữa bệnh; ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong quản lý nói chung và quản lý tài chính nói riêng và một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng theo chiều hướng tiêu cực như nhân lực chuyên môn còn thiếu và yếu; cơ sở vật chất, trang thiết bị xuống cấp, hỏng hóc.
The study was carried out to find out some factors affecting financial revenue and expenditure at Vinh Phuc Transport Hospital, period 2019-2021. Research Methods: Design cross-sectional descriptive research, qualitative research by conducting in-depth interviews and group discussions. Results and Conclusion: In the period of 2019 - 2021, the financial revenue and expenditure of the hospital is influenced by a number of internal and external factors, in which, some factors have a positive influence such as: elements of the state's policies and laws; quality of medical examination and treatment services; application of information technology in management in general and financial management in particular, and a number of factors affecting negatively such as lack of and weak specialized human resources; Degraded or damaged facilities and equipment.
