Chúng tôi thực hiện nghiên cứu đặc điểm lâm sàng rối loạn nhận thức (RLNT) ở người bệnh rối loạn phân liệt cảm xúc (RLPLCX) với mục tiêu: tìm hiểu một số yếu tố liên quan đến rối loạn chức năng nhận thức ở người bệnh RLPLCX điều trị tại Bệnh viện Tâm thần Trung ương I, bằng phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả: Trên 61 người bệnh RLPLCX (F25) nội trú, tỷ lệ người bệnh RLPLCX có rối loạn chức năng nhận thức chiếm 59,02%. Người bệnh có tuổi > 50 có nguy cơ RLNT cao hơn 10,56 lần người bệnh < 50 tuổi. Tỷ lệ nữ trong nghiên cứu ít hơn nam (31,1% và 68,9%), có nguy cơ RLNT cao hơn nam 10,3 lần. Người bệnh RLPLCX loại trầm cảm có nguy cơ RLNT cao hơn loại hưng cảm 5 lần. Người bệnh có trình độ văn hoá từ THCS trở xuống có nguy cơ RLNT cao gấp 5,56 lần những người có trình độ THPT trở lên. Chúng tôi chưa tìm thấy mối liên quan giữa việc sử dụng thuốc chống loạn thần hay thuốc chỉnh khí sắc với RLNT ở các hình thái của RLPLCX.
We conducted this research on clinical features of cognitive disorders in patients with schizoaffective disorder (SAD) with the goal of understanding factors related to cognitive dysfunction in patients with schizoaffective disorder. This is a cross-sectional descriptive method of 61 inpatients with schizoaffective disorder (F25) treated at the National Psychiatric Hospital No I. Results: the proportion of patients with SAD with cognitive dysfunction accounted for 59.02%. The risk of cognitive disorders is 10.56 times higher in patients aged greater than 50 years old than patients less than 50 years old. The proportion of female diagnosed with SAD was lower than male (31.1% and 68.9%) and female had a 10.3 times higher risk of cognitive disorders than male. Schizophrenia depressive type has 5 times higher risk of cognitive dysfunction than the manic type. SAD with low secondary school education have a 5.56 times higher risk of cognitive disorders than those with high school education or higher. We have not found an association between the use of antipsychotics or mood stabilizers with cognitive disturbances in forms of SAD.
