
Objectives: To describe some factors which affect the patient's satisfaction about examination services at on-demand clinic in National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2014. Method: A cross sectional descriptive study. Result: By studying on over 418 people who got the examination at ondemand clinic in National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2014 showed that: Patient's satisfation is quite low with the time that spend from register successfully to getting examination (31.10 percent), examination equipments (42.82 percent) and the examination's cost (46.17 percent). Conclusion: Decreasing the time that patients must use by improving administrative method during examination registers, hospital need to expand clinics with advance equipments and adjust the examination's cost to meet patient's examination demand.
