Nắn giải phẫu trong điều trị trượt đốt sống thắt lưng, nghiên cứu hồi cứu 44 trường hợp

Objective: To assess the clinical and radiographic outcomes of operative reduction procedure. Material and method: From December,2007 to Jun,2009. A retrospective review of 44 consecutive patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with operative reduction via Krypton's instrument. The clinical and radiographic outcomes were retrospectively reviewed for each case at a minimum of 1 year (mean follow-up 22 months; range 12- 32). Results: Pain and functional disability were quantitatively measured using a VAS and the Charles Rombold score. Mean preoperative VAS score was 8.72 and final follow-up was 3.18. At latest follow-up 40 patients had excellent results (rate 90.9 percent), 3 patients had good results (rate 6.9 percent) and 1 patient had bad result (rate 2.2 percent). Conclusions: Operative reduction is an effective procedure for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Reduction brings more benefits than harm.
