Xác định các số đo nhân trắc: chiều cao đứng, cân nặng, các chỉ số vòng ngực và chỉ số nhân trắc Pignet của học sinh dân tộc Khmer từ 11 đến 17 tuổi ở tỉnh Trà Vinh. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 734 học sinh Khmer (348 nam và 386 nữ) tuổi từ 11 đến 17 tại tỉnh Trà Vinh, có ông bà nội và ông bà ngoại là người dân tộc Khmer từ 11/2018 đến 06/2019, xác định các số đo bằng các quan sát và đo đạt trực tiếp. Kết quả: Số đo cân nặng và chiều cao đứng của học sinh nam và nữ dân tộc Khmer tăng dần qua các lứa tuổi. Đặc biệt, giai đoạn chuyển tiếp từ lứa tuổi dậy thì tăng nhiều hơn so với các giai đoạn chuyển tiếp khác. Số đo vòng ngực 1, vòng ngực 2 và vòng ngực 3 của học sinh nam dân tộc Khmer tăng dần qua các lứa tuổi. Trong đó, số đo vòng ngực 1 lớn nhất và nhỏ nhất là số đo vòng ngực 3. Số đo vòng ngực 1, vòng ngực 2 và vòng ngực 3 của học sinh nữ dân tộc Khmer tăng dần qua các lứa tuổi. Trong đó, số đo vòng ngực 2 lớn nhất và nhỏ nhất là số đo vòng ngực 3. Chỉ số Pignet của học sinh nam và nữ Khmer hầu hết lớn hơn 35 ở các lứa tuổi. Kết luận: Các số đo cân nặng, chiều cao đứng, vòng ngực 1, vòng ngực 2, vòng ngực 3 đều tăng dần theo lứa tuổi, ở nam cao hơn nữ. Chỉ số Pignet trong nghiên cứu của chúng tôi ở mức rất yếu là nhiều như vậy chiều cao đứng của trẻ ngày càng được cải thiện.
Determination of anthropometric measurements: height, weight, chest circumference and Pignet anthropometric index of Khmer students aged 11 to 17 years old in Tra Vinh province. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out on 734 Khmer students (348 boys and 386 girls) aged 11 to 17 years old in Tra Vinh province, whose paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents were Khmer from 11/2018 to 06/2019, determine the measurements by direct observations and measurements. Results: Measurements of weight and standing height of Khmer male and female students increased gradually over the ages. In particular, the transition from puberty increases more than other transitional periods. The measurements of bust 1, bust 2 and bust 3 of male Khmer students increased gradually over the ages. In which, the largest and smallest bust measurements are those of bust 3. The measurements of bust 1, bust 2 and bust 3 of Khmer female students increase gradually over the ages. In which, the largest and smallest measurement of bust 2 is the measurement of bust 3. Pignet index of Khmer male and female students is mostly greater than 35 at all ages. Conclusion: The measurements of weight, standing height, bust 1, bust 2, bust 3 all increased with age, higher in men than women. The Pignet index in our study was at a very weak level, so the children's standing height was increasingly improved.
