Objective: The goal of this study is to evaluate several clinical features and identify imaging features of anticorps anti-nucleaires of patients with systemic scleroderma. Participants: 66 patients were diagnosed with systemic scleroderma at the Department of Dermatology in Hai Phong Viet-Tiep Hospital and the National Institute of Dermatology from 08/01/2007 to 31/07/2008. Study method: cross-sectional descriptive study. Conclusion: typical clinical manifestations (95.45 percent), Raynaud syndrome (89.39 percent), gray skin and pigment loss (87.89 percent) and high rate of human antibodies (90.91 percent). Whenthe authors used the indirect immunofluorescence method with HEP-2 cell antigen to find the antibody, the authors found that there were 14 different types of luminescence: SCL-70 (29,99 percent), nucleolus pattern (20,00 percent), speckled pattern (11,67 percent) and others. Fluorescent images of SCL-70 were often found in patients with lung injury (83.33 percent). Antibody test and antibody morphological analysis of patient's serum are useful in diagnostic and prognosis of systemic scleroderma.
