Abstract
Imatinib is the TKI using for treatment of CML, with high rate of cytogenetic and molecular response. Objective: (1) To evaluate molecular respone of Imatinib treatment. Subject: 97 CML patients treated from 2009 to 2013 in NIHBT. Methodology: cross. sectional study, with clinical intervention. Results: There were 45.3 percent patients got complete molecular respone and the median time to reach CMR from starting treatment was 16.7 months.
