Nghiên cứu hiệu quả phác đồ điều trị Esomeprazole-Aminocillin-Clarithromycin ở bệnh nhân loét hành tá tràng có Helicobacter Pylory

Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection is a major cause and plays an important role in pathological mechanism of peptic ulcer. The duodenal ulcer is very common in practical clinic. HP Eradicated treatment that makes faster in ulcer healing and reduces relapsed ulcer. The aim of study is to evaluate the symptoms and the endoscopic images of the duodenal ulcer with therapy regimen includes Esomeprazole (Nexium) plus Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin before and after HP eradication. 72 patients with duodenal ulcer have been made the upper gastroduodenal endoscopy, CLO-test, and histology. The triple therapy with Esomeprazole plus Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin for 2 weeks and re control endoscopy, histology and HP test after 4 weeks ending treatment.
