Objectives: To review the clinical characteristics of laryngeal granuloma. Study design: Clinical analysis. Material and methods: medical record of 45 patients are diagnosed at National ENT hospital for laryngeal granuloma during 06/2009 to 09/2011. Results: The male are more common than the female (42/3). Median age was 49.2 years. A foreign body sensation in the throat is the most common symptom (75.6 percent). Vocal process granuloma in character as polypoid is the most common lesion. Two common cause are laryngopharyngeal reflux and chronic vocal trauma (voice abuse, throat clearing). Conclusion: The lesions of laryngeal granuloma is most at cords vocal.
