
Describing the clinical features, the changing of hematology index and the relationship between the clinical grades and hematology index on 65 patients who were dianogsed Dengue Hemorrhage Fever (DHF) based on the criteria of WHO (updated) stayed and were treated at Transmitted Department of Hue centre hospital from May 2010 to May 2011. The result indicated that the more platelets decreased the more severe the clinical grade would be. Compared with grade I and grade II, DHF grade III and IV had higher prolongation of Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (p0.01) and all of the patients with DHF grade IV had concentration of fibrinogen less than 2g/l. Prothombin Time in shocked group (15.3 + or - 2.8s) were more prolonged than that in unshocked group (12.6 + or - 0.5s). There were stati$cally significant between two groups.
