
The target of study is define the appearance levels of Kiss gene, define concentration and connection of some hormones to development of the physical of puberty girls. Method of study: Cross-sectional descriptive study. 68 students from the 6 grade to the 9 grade (from 12-16 years old) in urban school in Thai Nguyen city. Object study include: 2 groups: group 1 include female students in urban school in Thai Nguyen city who have no menstruation (31 students). Group 2 include female students of the rural secondary schools in Thai Nguyen who have menstruation (37 students). The index of study include: height, weight, menstrual status, the concentration of hormones: GH, T3, FT4, estradiol in serum and the appearance levels of Kiss gene. Result: - The concentration of GH and T3 hormones of female students in prepuberty (not menstrual) is higher than female students in puberty (with menstruation), with p 0.05 to 0.001. - The concentration of estradiol in the female students with menstruation higher than female students whithout menstruation, p 0.001. - The concentrations estradiol is positive correlation with height (r
