Nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học của lá cây vàng anh (Saraca dives)

Column chromatographic combined with silica gel mixed with grain size is 0.040 to 0.063 mm (240-430 mesh) and silica gel YMC (30-50 um, FuJisilisa Chemical Ltd.), separations led to the isolation of four compounds, quercitrin (I), kaemferol (2), daucosterol (3) and stigmast-5-en-3-0(6-0-eicosanoyl-D-glucopyranoside) (4), trom the methanol leaves of Saraca dives were collected in Tam Dao, Vinh Phuc in February 2012. Their chemical structures of the compounds were determined by modern spectroscopic methods: ESI-MS mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1D-NMR: 1H, 13C-NMR and DEPT 90, DEPT 135). This is the first report from Saraca dives.
