Nghiên cứu tổng hợp và thử tác dụng chống ung th của một số dẫn chất benzimidazol

Some derivatives of benzimidazole were successfully synthesized. Their purities and structures were characterized by melting point, thin layer chromatography and IR, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra. The influences of the obtained compounds on the activity of cancer cells including liver cancer (Hep-G2) and lung cancer (Lu), were investigated. Notwithstanding, the experimental anticancer activity was not significant.
