Nhận xét chỉ định và kết quả mổ lấy thai con so tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Hà Nội năm 2021. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả được thực hiện trên 510 sản phụ đẻ con so tuổi thai ≥ 28 tuần tại Bệnh viện Phụ Sản Hà Nội từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2021 đến ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2021. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ mổ lấy thai con so chiếm 32.2% tổng số mổ lấy thai năm 2021. Các chỉ định mổ lấy thai: do đường sinh dục (15.9%), do thai (63.3%), do phần phụ của thai (23.7%), nguyên nhân xã hội (22.2%), do bệnh của mẹ (9.2%). Trong nhóm mổ lấy thai nguyên nhân do thai: mổ vì thai suy chiếm 25.2%, thai to 18.4% và ngôi mông chiếm 5.9%. Apgar sau mổ của trẻ sơ sinh: phút thứ 1 Apgar >7 (98.5%), phút thứ 5 Apgar >7 (99.4%). Biến chứng sau mổ: đờ tử cung và nhiễm trùng vết mổ. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ mổ lấy thai con so chiếm 1/3 tổng số mổ lấy thai tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Hà Nội. Nguyên nhân mổ lấy thai hàng đầu là do thai. Tỷ lệ biến chứng sau mổ lấy thai con so cho sơ sinh và thai phụ là thấp, biến chứng hay gặp nhất là đờ tử cung.
Review the indications and results of cesarean section for nulliparous pregnancies at Ha Noi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in 2021. Materials and Methods: The descriptive study was conducted on 510 pregnancies who delivered ≥ 28 weeks gestational age at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021. Results: The rate of cesarean section for first-born babies’ accounts for 32.2% of the total number of cesarean sections in 2021. Indications for cesarean section: due to genital tract (15.9%), due to fetus (63.3%), due to fetal appendages (23.7%) , social causes (22.2%), due to maternal illness (9.2%). In the cesarean section group, the causes were due to fetal reasons: surgery for fetal distress accounted for 25.2%, fetal macrosomia accounted for 18.4%, and breech presentation accounted for 5.9%. Apgar of newborns: 1st minute Apgar >7 (98.5%), 5th minute Apgar >7 (99.4%). Postoperative complications: uterine atony and surgical wound infection. Conclusions: The cesarean section rate for first-born babies’ accounts for 1/3 of the total cesarean sections at Hanoi Obstetrics Hospital. The leading cause of cesarean section is the fetus. The rate of complications after cesarean section is low, the most common complication is uterine atony.
