Nhận xét kết quả điều trị hội chứng ống cổ tay bằng phẫu thuật ít xâm lấn tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội

Objective: evaluate the result of mini-open surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome. Patients and method: Retrospective study 43 carpal tunnel syndrome underwent mini-open surgery in Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Results: 95.6 percent female, right hand occupied 53.4 percent, both hand occupied 30.4 percent. According to Padua classification, serious grade is 11.6 percent. The improvement of clinical and EMG symptoms can be seen after 2 weeks. Conclusion: Mini-open surgery give good results for carpal tunnel syndrome.
