
Objective: The ruptured aneurysms are an acute disease with high rate of death. At present, there are two definite treatment including intravascular intervention and clip surgery. Methods: a retrospective research on 40 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage due to ruptured aneurysms in Emergency Department from 2008 to 2010. Results: In which of 40 patients, a number of interventional patients are 67.5 percent, cerebral artery clip surgey is 32.5 percent. 57.5 percent of patients recovered completely, 22.5 percent of patients recovered near-completely, severe diability is 10 percent, the death is 10 percent. The death of intervention group is 3.7 percent. The death of dip surgery is 23.1 percent, however the difference is not significant (p0.05). Condusion: The success of cerebral artery intervention and clip surgery methods are equal.
