Nhận xét một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và phương pháp điều trị u tuyến u tuyến nước bọt tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội

The restrospective descriptive study was carried out to evaluate the dinico-pathologicat characteristics and treatment method of 70 patients of salivary tumor. The patients were treated In Ha Noi medical university hospital from 09/2010 to 03/2012. Results were the following: the most seen ages were more than 20 years-old; female seen more often than male. The most frequent symptom: palpable mass in the salivary glands 92,5 percent, the majority of tumor was 2-4 cm. In most case, there was one firm, well confined, mobilized tumor. Ultrasonographically, the tumors had round or oval shape and hypoechogenicity. Benign tumors were common 82,9 percent. The 95,8 percent of parotid gland and 92,3 percent submandular gland tumors were treated solely by operation. Post-operative radiation was indicated to malignant tumors.
