Objects: Researching on the correlation between the numbers of prognostic factors and treatment outcome of stage IC-II epithelial ovarian cancer. Subjects: 75 patients were diagnosed with stage IC-II epithelial ovarian cancer and treated with surgery and paclitaxel-carboplatin of adjuvant chemotherapy at K hospital from 1.2007 to 11.2012. Results: Media overral survival (OS) was 56.3 + or - 3.0 months, media disease free survival (DFS) was 45.4 + or - 3.4 months, 5-year overral survival rate was 71.9 percent and 5-year disease free survival rate was 41.2 percent. DFS of stage IC was higher than stage II (46,1 months vs 40,4 months) (p0,05), DFS of patients with CA 12.5 after operation or 35 U/ml (47,3 months vs 38,9 months) (p0,05); DFS of patiens with CA 12.5 after chemotherapy or 10 U/ml (48,6 months vs 41,7 months) (p0,05); DFS of patients with no malignant cell in asites or peritoneal washing was higher than patients with positive for that (54,6 months vs 33,0 months) (p0,05). Several factors: disease detection time (3months), bilateral ovary tumor, serum CA 12.5 level at diagnosis time ( 600U/ml) and stage II increase recurrent and death risk with OR: (3,09; 2,97), (5,8; 5,6), (7,29; 6,91), (5,65; 8,07) and significant 95 percent CI. Conclusion: The numbers of factors: disease detection time, position of tumor, stage of disease, serum CA 12.5 level after operation and chemotherapy, positive for malignant cell in asites or peritoneal washing were significant prognostic factors.
