Study was to classify and evaluate surgical results for fibrous muscles of movement system in children. The results showed that: there were 1476 patients with 887 females (60.1 percent) and 589 males (39.9 percent) in this study. Classification: Knee extension 585 (34.4 percent) of 458 patients. Dislocation of the patella 94 (5.5 percent) knee of 92 patients, Fibrous rectus femoris muscle 281 (16.5 percent) of 235 patients, Fibrous triceps 108 (6.3 percent) of 81 patients, Fibrous long head of the triceps 98 (5.8 percent) of 84 patients, (6) Fibrous Deltoid 536 (31.5 percent) of 516 patients. The authors received good result in 1229 (72.2 percent), fair result in 383 (22.5 percent) and poor result in 90 (5.3 percent). All complications have been seen after intramuscular antibiotic injection in Vietnamese children. Lengthening and fibrous band release procedure was selected. Surgical procedure is simple, safe, and applicable for all patients with fibrous muscles of movement system in children.
