Phẫu thuật nội soi chẩn đoán và điều trị chấn thương bụng kín

The pupose of this study was to evaluate possibility of laparoscopic surgery in diagnosis and treatment of abdominal trauma. Patients and method: Prospective study on 103 abdominal traumatic patients hospitalized in Viet-Duc hospital from 1.2011 to 8.2012. Results: Laparoscopic surgery was a useful method for diagnosis of abdominal trauma with fidelity taux of 100 percent. 14 cases were treated laparoscopically and 8 cases treated with laparoscoicassisted surgery. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery is a effective and efficase method in diagnosis and treatment of abdominal trauma.
