Phẫu thuật nội soi chỉnh hình vách ngắn bằng khoan vi phẫu

Objective: to assess the value of method's nasoseptal plasty with micromotor control endoscope. Study design: Prospective study. Setting: In Hanoi Medicine University Hospital. Patients: 42 patients having nasoseptal deformyties were operated nasal septum plasty with micromotor drill. Results: post-operative no meeting one side stuffiness and headache symptoms. Rhinorrhea and sneezing have only occupied 9.5 percent and 7.1 percent compared to pre-operative 76.2 percent and 54.8 percent. Conclusion: The results of nasoseptal plasty with micromotor drill is good and without complications.
