
Objectives: assess menagment of infertility women through laparoscopic surgery in the central maternity hospital in 2009. Materials and methods: subjects: 593 female infertility patients undergone laparoscopy from 01/01/2009 to 31/12/2009. Methods: retrospective study based on medical records. Results: Laparoscopic treatment: 19.6 percent adhesiolysis, 29.3 percent salpingotomy, 3.4 percent salpingectomy, 0.3 percent tubal occlusion, 6 percent anastomosis microsurgery, 81.8 percent ovarian Drilling, 7.6 percent corner section. Success rate: 45.3 percent bilateral tubal patency, 20.7 percent unilateral tubal patency. Pregnancy rate: 18 percent full-term birth, 13.9 percent ongoing pregnancy, 4.6 percent stillbirth miscarriage, 1,2 percent ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery has a high value in treating female infertility.
