Những năm qua, đặc biệt là từ sau khi Ban Quản lý An toàn thực phẩm thành phố Đà Nẵng được thành lập, công tác quản lý nhà nước về an toàn thực phẩm trên địa bàn thành phố Đà Nẵng đã có nhiều chuyển biến tích cực số vụ, số người ngộ độc thực phẩm giảm, các cơ quan quản lý an toàn thực phẩm được gom về một mối, rất thuận lợi cho công tác quản lý, điều hành. Tuy vậy, nhận thức chưa cao của một bộ phận tư thương, người tiêu dùng trong đảm bảo an toàn thực phẩm làm cho nguy cơ mất an toàn thực phẩm vẫn còn thường trực. Bài báo bàn về những thành công, bất cập của công tác thông tin, giáo dục truyền thông, phổ biến chính sách pháp luật về an toàn thực phẩm (sau đây gọi tắt là công tác tuyên truyền) và đề xuất một số giải pháp hoàn thiện công tác tuyên truyền trong thời gian tới.
In recent years, especially since the Food Safety Management Board of Da Nang City was established, the state management on food safety in Da Nang city has had many positive changes the number of cases and the number of food poisoning people has decreased, food safety management agencies are gathered in one place, which is very convenient for the management and administration. However, the low awareness of a number of traders, consumers in ensuring food safety makes the risk of unsafe food still exist. The article discusses the successes and shortcomings of information, education and communication, dissemination of legal policies on food safety (hereinafter referred to as propaganda),and proposes some measures to improve the propaganda in the next time.
