Hiên nay, đã có thêm lựa chọn thuốc giúp kiểm soát bệnh tối ưu trước khi mang thai, tăng cường sức khỏe chung để họ có thể vượt qua những thách thức trong giai đoạn đặc biệt này. Tuy nhiên, rất cần tiếp cận đa chuyên khoa trong việc tư vấn, theo dõi và quản lý người bệnh, đăc biệt vai trò các bác sĩ chuyên khoa thấp khớp học.
Decisions on motherhood of patients with systemic arthritis diseases (or systemic autoimmune disease) such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)... There are challenges for reasons related to the condition and the potential risks associated with treatment. Now, there are more pharmaceutical options that support optimal disease management before conception and enhance women's physical ability to overcome challenges in performing their motherhood. However, there is a need for a multidisciplinary approach in counseling, monitoring and managing patients, especially rheumatologists.
