Đánh giá tần suất nhân giáp phát hiện qua siêu âm tuyến giáp trên người kiểm tra sức khỏe tổng quát. Đối tượng - Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả được thực hiện dựa trên hồi cứu bệnh án điện tử của người kiểm tra sức khỏe tổng quát tại khoa Khám Sức khỏe theo yêu cầu, bệnh viện Đại học Y Dược TP.HCM từ tháng 07 đến tháng 12 năm 2019. Kết quả: Tổng cộng có 16784 người (nữ 45,1%), tuổi trung bình là 40,4 ± 12,7. Tần suất người có nhân giáp là 48,4%. Đường kính trung bình của nhân giáp là 7,2 ± 5,8 mm, và 77,4% trường hợp nhân giáp có đường kính 10 mm. Kết luận: Tần suất nhân giáp ở người kiểm tra sức khỏe tổng quát là 48,4%, đa số là nhân nhỏ < 10 mm.
Thyroid nodule is a common disease in the community and often detected by ultrasound of the thyroid gland. Objective: To evaluate the prevalence of thyroid nodules detected by ultrasound of the thyroid gland in health checkup people. Methods: A retrospective, cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted based on electronic medical records of the health checkup people at the Health Checkup Department, University Medical Center at Ho Chi Minh City f-rom July to December 2019. Results: There was a total of 16784 people (45.1% female), mean age was 40.4 ± 12.7. The prevalence of people with thyroid nodules was 48.4%. The mean diameter of nodules was 7.2 ± 5.8 mm, and percentage of thyroid nodules with diameter less than 10 mm was 77.4%. Conclusions: The percentage of thyroid nodules in the general health checkup people is 48,4%, the majority of thyroid nodules had diameter less than 10 mm.
