
Quality of hospital services in particular and health care services in Keneral has become a major concern of the public. Overload in hospital, and quality of consultation and treatment pose many problems for both managers and researchers. There is only a few studies that introducing scales used for measuring and analyzing hospital services thereby suggesting measures to improve hospital services. This research uses the qualitative method to build a scale and the quantitative method to test it. The results show that the scale for measuring hospital services comprises .live potential variables: (1) Caring; (2) Efficacy; (3) Communication; (4) Performance; and (5) Appropriateness; and allow authors to offer managerial implications that can help improve quality of hospital services and patients satisfaction.
